2. Service Description
ChirpyDesk provides automated AI voice receptionists, cloud telephony routing, appointment booking integrations, and customer communication tools for businesses.
3. Telecommunications & Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding telecommunications, call recording, privacy, and consent (including two-party consent laws where applicable). You may not use ChirpyDesk for unlawful robocalling, spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities.
4. Subscriptions, Minutes & Billing
Subscription plans renew automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Minutes are calculated based on active call talk time. Additional overage minutes are billed according to your selected plan rates.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
You retain full ownership of your customer call data, contact lists, and custom prompt configurations. We implement strict encryption and security safeguards to protect your business information.
