We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a ChirpyDesk account, configuring AI receptionists, integrating calendar systems, and receiving inbound telephone calls (such as caller phone numbers, timestamps, call transcripts, and audio recordings).
2. Real-Time Audio & Voice Processing
Inbound voice streams are processed in real-time to provide automated speech recognition, natural language understanding, and conversational voice responses. Audio transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest.
3. How We Use Data
We use collected information solely to operate, improve, and secure your AI voice receptionists, deliver appointment booking events to your calendar, and send call summaries to your designated team members. We do not sell your personal or call data.
4. Security & Data Retention
We enforce industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. You may delete call logs, recordings, or your entire account data at any time from your settings dashboard.
